Outside of the main stage programme, there are lots of creative activities to explore. Whether you’d like to relax and be entertained by some great animated films, stretch your drawing muscles, learn more about working in animation or explore the city’s many charms, you can dip in and out of a multitude of choices.
(Animation) Workshops: Our workshops are a chance for budding artists to learn directly from people making animation today. They offer a hands-on look at how ideas turn into finished films, with a focus on drawing, storytelling and creative process.
Learning by doing and having fun along the way.
